Here we are...the leaves are changing, we are finally getting into a little bit of a

Back to School Routine...and we can see that the holidays are on their way.

Now is a perfect time to implement a few wellness practices

that can help us safeguard from getting sick this season.


Many of you already know that my love for plant remedies has expanded over

the past few years into an offering more specifically with my one-on-one clients.


But wellness is meant for all and so I'm super happy to share this with you!




Caution: This Wellness Shot tastes NASTY!


I lovingly call it the Devil's Brew cause it feels like it's killing any invading germs

that I don't want lingering about. It's basically a shot of salad dressing. Intrigued?


This is to be used for no more than a week.


Begin taking it when mild cold symptoms appear, and, of course, if symptoms get worse

or last longer than a week, please see your healthcare provider.




I have been taking Apple Cider Vinegar for digestion for years. It is incredibly potent when taken undiluted, and so it can be diluted in 4-8oz of water and still have it's healing effects.


My mom used to make me drink a tea made of oregano leaves when I was a child...it was a terrible trick. I would smell Pizza, but instead I would be forced to drink an earthy tea. Now that I've found it in liquid form, I'm never going back. If taken every day, without any break, our body can build a resistance to Oregano Oil, so use only when you need it.



Pumpkin Seed Oil is a relatively new addition to the shot. A dear friend and fellow natural remedy connoisseur educated me about it's healing properties. Along with high levels of tryptophan (which help to relax the body) it helps to reduce inflammation and can be beneficial for both the prostate and the urinary tract.


The last addition is a beautiful blend by my friends over a DoTerra. As I've stated before, I don't sell these products, but I do enjoy them. Their On Guard Blend is a basic Thieves blend, if you're familiar with that. But as I've stated before not all essential oils are designed to be ingested, so please be careful.



Wellness Shot


1 oz of Apple Cider Vinegar

3 drops of Oregano Oil

1 TB Pumpkin Seed Oil

1 drop DoTerra On Guard
