Cancellation Policy

Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation.

​

A Non-Refundable Deposit is due to hold your spot on the retreat.  If in the event of a cancellation, this deposit can be transferable for another Sarah Girard Yoga Retreat within the limits of one calendar year.

All cancellations up to three weeks prior to the retreat will be refundable less than the deposit amount.  If cancellation is less than three weeks before retreat, no additional refunds will be offered.

By submitting deposit with Sarah Girard Yoga, I hereby agree to be responsible for my own welfare and accept any and all risks of delay, unanticipated events, inconvenience, illness, injury, emotional trauma or death.

I hereby release and discharge Sarah Girard Yoga and all persons associated with Sarah Girard Yoga from and against any and all liability from my participation in the trip. I agree that this release shall be legally binding upon me personally and all members of my family.
