I am happy to be covering Tuesday nights at
Equinox Highline from 6-7pm for just this month.

The AM class is designed to start slowly and build to brisk pace, moving you from sleepy to invigorated and ready for your day.​ In the Level 2/3 class you’ll work to build strength and endurance as you push the edge of your balance and flexibility.

This flowing structure includes sun salutations, standing poses, forward bends, twists, hip openers, backbends, and inversions balanced between the power of breath and the freedom of health that evolves from anatomical precision and alignment from Iyengar and Anusara Yoga.

An alignment based class that builds slowly to go deeper into postures. Sarah's classes here are open level meant to be challenging and modified at each students unique level of experience.

Being deeply passionate about the accessibility of yoga and meditation, Sarah is interested in collaboration and the co-creation of the best possible program to fit your needs.
