T E S T I M O N I A L S

My wife and I just got back from a fantastic 7 day yoga retreat that Sasha hosted in Costa Rica. It was one of the best vacations I’ve had in my life. It definitely surpassed my high expectations for a retreat like this. - Marco + Claire

The yoga retreat in 2016 was almost too magical to put into words. Sarah Girard hosted a week that left me so many unforgettable memories that will forever have a special place in my heart. Each day was composed of challenging and fulfilling yoga and meditation sessions along with exciting vacation adventures. - Lynnette Bates

I was immersed in my practice with a deeper understanding and appreciation for yoga and enjoyed every moment of the trip. The practice, the food, the dynamic of the group and the insanely beautiful and peaceful environment allowed me to be fully present, dedicated and relaxed. - Suzanne

THE GOOD LIFE

AMBER GREGORY

Her passion and curiosity for yoga and meditation has led to more than 15 years of experience in the world of wellness. She has trained in Mindful Awareness, Buddhist and Vedic meditation, Vinyasa and Iyengar Yoga, Physiyoga, as well as Aromatherapy. Growing up in southern California as a dancer, volleyball player, and snowboarder, Amber first sought out yoga as a way to complement her athletic pursuits. It quickly became clear, however, that the benefits of yoga went far beyond physical exercise. Eager to understand the inner workings of the practice, she jumped at the chance to study with the Mindful Awareness Research Center at UCLA, earning a B.A. in Sociology with Honors from the school. Since then, her devotion to the practice has been unwavering, and her joy when sharing these tools contagious.
