Searching near and far for a place where I could feel accepted, empowered and peaceful...
During this search I discovered that MOVEMENT is the most tangible way to celebrate the power and softness we possess...
...that BREATH is a companion which keeps us resilient and human...
And MEDITATION is a practice of getting more comfortable with not knowing everything.

I really love your class. Some poses can be more challenging than my body can do right now but each week I am able to do at least 90% of them, and I find a way to modify the rest. The best part is that I always break a sweat and I feel great afterwards! Thanks for being such a great instructor!
